CodaPath was founded on a simple belief. Speech-language pathologists deserve software that supports their clinical expertise, not software that adds unnecessary complexity to their day.

After years of working with existing platforms, creating custom workflows, and listening to the challenges faced by clinicians across practice settings, we set out to build something different. CodaPath is designed to reduce administrative burden, strengthen the connection between clinicians, clients, and caregivers, and give clinicians more time to focus on what matters most: the people they serve.

Our Mission
Co-Founder, Business & Operations
Lisa Cross leads the product strategy, operations, and long-term vision behind CodaPath. With a background in economics, innovation, and technology adoption, she is passionate about designing technology that simplifies complex workflows while keeping the needs of clinicians at the center of every decision.

While pursuing her academic studies and research, Lisa remained actively involved in education through teaching and supporting education-focused startups. Her experience also includes work in global health and volunteering with individuals with special needs, giving her a broader perspective on the challenges faced by educators, clinicians, and the communities they serve.
​
Working alongside Hannah throughout the development of CodaPath, Lisa translates clinical workflows into intuitive software that supports speech-language pathologists and strengthens communication between clinicians, parents, caregivers, and clients.

Hannah LeBlanc, M.S., CCC-SLP
Co-Founder & Clinical Strategy
Hannah LeBlanc is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with experience providing services across public schools, private practice, and pediatric clinical settings. Throughout her career, she has worked with children across a wide range of communication needs while collaborating closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes.
​
Her experience includes conducting evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, writing and leading Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, implementing Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) supports, and providing professional development for teachers and school staff. Hannah has also provided virtual therapy in private practice, giving her firsthand insight into the unique needs of clinicians working across multiple service delivery models.

Alongside her clinical work, Hannah has contributed to research at the University of Washington's Listen and Learn Lab and the Florida Center for Reading Research. Her work has included language assessment, data quality, speech analysis, and the development of large-scale language research tools, reinforcing her commitment to evidence-based practice.
​
CodaPath was born from Hannah's own experiences navigating documentation, parent communication, and clinical workflows. After trying numerous software platforms and creating her own systems to bridge the gaps, she envisioned a solution that would feel intuitive, practical, and genuinely supportive of clinicians. Today, she leads the clinical direction of CodaPath, ensuring every feature reflects the realities of day-to-day speech-language pathology.
